Balance Associates offer a wide range of affordable services which are competitively priced according to your specific requirements.

We offer the following:

  • Confirmation of project and rates before we start work with you

  • Project work is supplied by email or first class post  

Payment Terms

Our payment terms are as follows:

  • Minimum charge of one hour
  • Charge per transaction
  • Our invoice is submitted with confirmation of oder
  • Invoice is due for payment on delivery of work 
  • Ongoing work is invoiced monthly
  • Agreed packages are paid in advance in full by the 5th of every month
  • Any additional expenses will be charged at cost and invoiced separately
  • Additional expenses include materials, printing, photocopying, postage etc

Terms & Conditions

  • Contract Booking Form must be raised and signed before work commences
  • Confidentiality Agreement must be signed and returned
  • A deposit is required for all new clients prior to commencement of work
  • Final proof reading is the responsibility of the client
  • Any queries, errors or omissions must be notified within 5 days of receipt
  • Invoices will be submitted for payment on completion of any assignment
  • Invoices must be paid within the agreed the terms
  • There is a 5% additional charge to the total invoice for any late payment
  • Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer

Confidentiality Agreement

  • No assignment is carried out until a Confidentiality Agreement is received
  • No assignment starts until a signed Contract Booking Form is received
  • All information is treated as strictly confidential unless otherwise stated
